As a remote financial advisor, our focus is on selling credit products to individuals. By credit products, we mean credit cards, short-term loans and related insurance. Providing appropriate advice and guiding the customer are essential for smooth handling on the one hand and achieving the objectives on the other. For this you need to speak both Dutch and French. Are you the right person?
Description
- Always have a professional attitude towards customers and prospects who contact the bank, both by phone and e-mail.
- Handle inquiries coming in through the site and other prospective channels.
- Optimize sales opportunities with customers and exceed departmental objectives.
- Maximize the success rate through, among other things, a good knowledge of the standards, the processes specific to the department as well as by actively following up on pending cases
- Participate in projects to improve existing processes by bringing creative ideas to the table
- Other duties: Defend files, Follow procedures, Identify technical problems

- Bachelor degree
- Bilingual French and Dutch
- Commercially minded person - customer oriented
- Critical and summarizing mindset
