Description
- Our client's IP/IT team advises leading Belgian and international entities on national and international matters, whether in advisory, litigation or transactional work (in support of the firm's other practices);
- The team is passionate about new technologies, copyright, industrial property rights, trade secrets, data and unfair competition;
- Their clients operate in a wide variety of sectors such as media, consumer goods and mobility;
- Work closely with international networks of leading independent foreign law firms as well as with our own European and international department.
Your profile
- Has an excellent academic track record and/or an additional LLM in IP;
- Has experience in IP, IT related files;
- Has an outstanding level of Dutch and English;
- Is passionate about the legal aspects regarding innovation and creation;
- Has an entrepreneurial mind-set, wants to go the extra mile and is solution-focused;
- Is a dynamic, driven and motivated team-player;
- Has a client-oriented approach with a proactive mind-set.
