Description
- Collaborate in support of the Legal Officer in the Review/Establishment of contracts, agreements and negotiations from a legal perspective;
- Participate in discussions or negotiations with third parties concerning legal issues, when appropriate and in particular in the implementation of DORA requirement in the agreements in force or to be signed by the end of 2024;
- Collaborate in support of the Legal Officer in the interactions with external legal advices such as from attorney’s firms;
- Provide ad-hoc legal advice/support to the management and business units.
Your profile
- University Degree in Law in one EU Member State;
- Excellent command of English;
- Knowledge of international contract law;
- Analytical skills and eye for detail;
- Excellent drafting skills;
- Solution-oriented;
- Negotiation skills.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 5500
- Attractive salary;
- 37h30 per week, floating between 8-9h30 and 16u30;
