Description
- You act as a business partner and take responsibility within your scope
- You prepare the various and necessary management reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- You provide support in the forecasting and budgeting process and the preparation of multi-year plans to monitor the progress of objectives in a structured way (through KPIs).
- You assist the various stakeholders in anticipating and advising on various scenarios
- You collect and analyze financial data and advise on how to optimize the company's performance. You perform business analysis and ensure that strategic reports are prepared and shared with the various stakeholders
- You provide monitoring and advice around optimization of financial flows within the organization. You have an important role in the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls.
- You think along critically and are deployed in various business-related projects
Your profile
- Master's degree in economics with at least 5 years of relevant experience in controlling
- You are fluent in French/Dutch with a good knowledge of English
- You are analytical, accurate, solution-oriented, make connections and can identify risks
- You have a strong advanced knowledge of the use of IT tools and applications of digitalization in general
- You are a real team player who likes to roll up your sleeves
- You are as good with numbers as with people and handle both with care
- You have strong communication skills: building working relationships, giving advice, assertiveness and persuasiveness
- You have the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate clearly to all stakeholders
