Description
- You will be responsible for preparing letters of credit;
- Establishing guarantees for new mortgage and professional loan applications;
- Administratively managing various changes within the existing loan portfolio, such as mortgage transfers, desolidarizations, modification or release of guarantees, etc;
- Good cooperation with colleagues from the other teams in the Credit Department is important;
- You also have regular oral and written contacts with our sales points and with external parties such as e.g. notaries;
- Finally, you offer support in the follow-up of the accounting accounts and the processing and reporting of statistical data.
Your profile
- You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a legal or business administration field or equivalent;
- You already have a basic understanding of credit and guarantees;
- You have relevant experience in the processing or analysis of credit files and guarantees. Possibly gained within a notary's office;
- You are committed, proactive, positive and responsibility does not deter you;
- You work carefully, keep an overview and set priorities;
- You can communicate and write fluently in Dutch and French and use the usual standard applications (word, excel).
