Description

In this role as a Corporate Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks such as:
  • Collecting signatures on legal documentation related to corporate administration.
  • Assisting the Corporate Team in setting up and managing private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt structures with coordination among different teams.
  • Coordinating and preparing KYC documentation.
  • Creating board packs for meetings and shareholder gatherings with all necessary documents.
  • Submitting annual accounts and corporate changes to the RCS Luxembourg.
  • Keeping track of statutory records in physical binders and electronic files.
  • Handling filing processes with the RBE Luxembourg.
  • Safeguarding registers of shareholders and bondholders.

Your profile

You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year in the financial industry, giving you an advantage.
You excel at managing multiple tasks and handling unforeseen urgencies with ease.
Your pragmatic and proactive approach is appreciated within the Legal Team.
You are eager to grow personally and professionally in a multicultural, fast-paced environment with complex transactions.
Your organizational skills shine, especially with recurring administrative tasks, and you pay attention to detail.
Your communication skills are top-notch, and you thrive as a team player.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, with French being a bonus.
Your proficiency in Excel is a valuable asset in this role.
Knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law will be an added advantage.
