Description
- Manages contact flows (chat, calls, emails, incoming mail), with the aim of responding quickly and
- Provides customers, networks, brands and suppliers with the information they need, quickly and efficiently, in a single contact (first contact resolution);
- Carry out financial modifications requested by the customer, subject to the required conditions;
- Manages early termination of contracts;
- Ensures coordination and management of insurance files;
- Analyzes contract balances to reimburse credit balances following RTW or on current
- Participates in the continuous improvement of our business by constantly striving for quality;
- Manages the end of Private Lease contracts.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent experience;
- Good knowledge of group products;
- Pedagogy, communication techniques and negotiation with customers in chat or on the phone;
- Aptitudes: stress resistance, affinity with figures, autonomy;
- Excellent spoken and written French and Dutch.
