HR Generalist

The Human Resource Generalist will collaborate with Partners, business leaders, and the HR team to implement a holistic HR strategy. This role encompasses various HR responsibilities including performance management, payroll, compensation planning, talent acquisition, and HR projects. To excel in this role, establishing credibility, fostering collaborative relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor are essential while maintaining a proactive and adaptable work style.

Description

  • Serve as an internal HR consultant to facilitate and enhance communication across all organizational levels,
  • Engage in various HR projects including employer branding, retention strategies, and probono initiatives,
  • Manage recruitment activities, participate in job fairs, and collaborate with external service providers,
  • Oversee payroll functions in partnership with an external provider and contribute to compensation planning,
  • Enhance HR processes and systems to drive continuous improvement,
  • Coordinate performance management processes and foster talent development initiatives.

Your profile

  • Hold a University degree and possess at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources,
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations,
  • Demonstrate agility and resilience in challenging situations,
  • Confident in providing advice to managers and sharing insights,
  • Actively seek opportunities for improvement and work well within a team,
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills and maintain a high level of confidentiality,
  • Adapt easily to change, excel in multitasking, and prioritize effectively,
  • Proficient in French and English languages.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 5501 - € 6000
