Description
- You are responsible for the complete follow-up of claims files;
- You assess the claim in order to take a position regarding coverage and/or additional investigation;
- You negotiate with insurance companies and experts;
- You prepare the damage estimate and consult with all parties involved;
- You close the file and settle the claim;
- You maintain telephone contact with customers and insurers.
Your profile
- You preferably have a higher education level bachelor/master in insurance or law (or similar) and/or you have several years of experience as a claims manager;
- You have a first experience in claims management
- Specialization in Legal Aid and Fire is an asset;
- You are fluent in Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook;
- Your knowledge of Brio+ is an asset;
- You have good language skills: Dutch, French;
- You are open to occasionally assist clients during an expertise.
