Management Assistant
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Assistant to join our client in Brussels. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the partners, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience, possess excellent communication skills in both English and French, and demonstrate a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
Description
- Provide support to a Partner, a Principal and a small team
- Complex diary management (using Outlook)
- Organising numerous meetings and business trips (mainly in Europe)
- Helping to organise several committee meetings a year, preparing meeting packs
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Preparing expense reports
- Handling incoming calls, screening calls if necessary, taking messages
- Gathering and sending key information on various subjects to several stakeholders
- Regular telephone contact with high-level external partners
- Various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Collaboration with 2 other assistants, information sharing, back-up
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, translation, or related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
