Description

• Analyzing a credit application
• Analyze the creditworthiness of prospective borrowers
• Preparing proposal for decision before a credit committee according to agreements with the lender and his/her underwriting policy
• Apply decision of credit committee
• Consult with the customer or brokers in order to obtain a complete credit application and file

Your profile

• You have an initial experience of at least three years in mortgage credit analysis
• You are Dutch or French-speaking with a good knowledge of the other national language. Bilingualism is a plus.
• You have a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
• You have knowledge of MS Office
• You are communicatively strong both orally and in writing
• You have an analytical and critical mind and see the big picture of a file

• Monthly salary indication: € 3501 - € 6000
