Accounting Expert

Reporting to the Accounting Manager Projects & Integrations, you will support the operations business with accounting and administrative functions. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting standards for accurate financial statements, handling cash and receivables, preparing general ledger, financial reporting, and assisting with budget activities. You will collaborate with local management and third parties, and help supervise the Account Receivable team for timely and accurate workflow.


  • Manage accounting and financial reporting for market subsidiaries following IFRS and local GAAP;
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration processes;
  • Assist in ESG program by ensuring qualitative data;
  • Oversee management reporting and preparation of annual accounts and budgets;
  • Coordinate tax declarations and compliance activities in collaboration with the Tax department;
  • Manage banking, treasury activities, and quality review of balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Implement procedures, systems, and controls for proper record-keeping and accounting standards compliance.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a requirement.
  • Minimum of five years of Accounting experience.
  • Previous management experience would be beneficial.
  • Background in Services or Retail sector is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in IFRS and local GAAP is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP migration projects is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French, with good German skills preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.

  • Monthly salary indication: € 4501 - € 5500
