Description

As a Mortgage File Manager, you will be responsible for proactively and efficiently managing mortgage files.

Specifically, what does this mean?

Under the direction of the Director of Servicing & Collections and in a team of 10 employees, these are the tasks you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing documents, such as draft deeds, to be provided to the notary.
  • Administrative follow-up before and after execution of the authentic deed, with special attention to compliance with credit committee conditions and financial settlement.
  • Communication with clients, brokers and notaries.
  • Drafting of statements of account/handling information.
  • General management of mortgage files.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or a thorough experience of minimum 2 years in mortgage file management.
  • FSMA certification is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Candidates must be able to express themselves fluently in both Dutch and French.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and you have a good knowledge of French.
  • You can work well in a team but also make decisions independently.
  • You can think and act in a solution-oriented way
  • You are organizationally strong and have a sense of responsibility.
  • You have good communication skills both with colleagues and brokers.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
