As an Accountant, you'll be the mainstay of our accounting, financial and administrative management. Working closely with management, the accountant is responsible for the association's accounting, financial and administrative management. He/she also takes a broad interest in the project and its young residents. Her/his tasks are :

Accounting management
  • Preparation of annual accounts (WinBooks encoding, follow-up and closing)
  • Reconciliation of payroll and accounting data
  • Drawing up and monitoring budget forecasts
  • Control of corporate expenses in collaboration with management
  • Act as a point of contact for all control bodies (auditors, subsidies, etc.)
  • Follow-up on legal and tax obligations (tax returns, wealth tax, donation certificates, etc.).
Human resources management (in collaboration with management)
  • Follow-up of labor law obligations and related issues.
  • Administrative management: collaboration with occupational medicine, insurance, etc.
  • Collection and processing of payroll data.
  • Administrative management of personnel files: contracts, Dimona, updates, etc.
Management of the association's subsidy files
  • Management of the Cocof employment register
  • Follow-up of subsidy files: annual supporting reports
  • Follow-up of directives issued by subsidiary authorities and inspection bodies.
Management of the ASBL (in collaboration with management)
  • Administrative follow-up: Board of Directors - General Meeting
  • Participation in various meetings (team, network, etc.)
  • Telephone answering service, mailing management, mail, etc.

Your profile

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Respect confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of legislation in the disability sector and its environment is an asset
  • Skills in administrative management of subsidy files are also an asset
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Ability to express oneself clearly both orally and in writing, and ease in interacting with different people.


  • Monthly salary indication: up to € 3500
Our client offers you a long-term, full-time contract (37h/week) in a friendly, flexible environment.
