Join our client specializing in major investments as a Facilities & Logistic Assistant! Reporting to the Head of Facilities & Logistics, you will be responsible for managing facilities, employee needs, updating databases and much more. If you have a strong sense of service, excellent communication skills and are computer literate, this is the job for you.


Under the supervision of the Head of Facilities & Logistics, the Facilities & Logistics Assistant is responsible for organizing, coordinating, executing and administering the various activities in the "Facilities & Logistics" area:
  • Facilities management (relations with the building, follow-up of building-related incidents, etc.);
  • Employee needs management (telephony, travel, supplies, etc.);
  • Updating of F&L databases
  • Updating of employee lists
  • Enter incidents and assets into ticketing tool
  • Reporting using Fixit, Skype, Printing tool, etc.
  • Follow-up of employee entries and exits (reception, access management, provision of professional equipment, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
  • Team spirit;
  • Self-motivated;
  • Creativity and organizational skills;
  • Comfortable using the IT tools provided (Fixit, Docusign, badge creation, etc.);
  • Fluent in English (able to hold a conversation and write e-mails in English).
