Our client is currently recruiting a Receptionist to provide a professional welcome and manage administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, German and English.   • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, and ensure a professional welcome for customers and visitors.
  • Take care of orders for books and office equipment, and organize meetings.
  • Carry out legal research as required by the team.
  • Manage travel for associates.
  • Manage the procurement of office supplies and beverages, and ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including postage and mailing.

Your profile

  • Fluency in French, German and English, Luxembourgish would be an asset.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word/Outlook, and ideally Avonca.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage customer reception independently with professionalism and rigor.
  • Dynamic, team player and sense of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and positive attitude.
