Description

As Analyst Special Structure Middle Office, you are responsible for:
  • Providing specialist support to portfolio managers, perform portfolio lifecycle maintenance with regard to portfolio related cash flows (coupons and paydowns);
  • Transaction Management;
  • Ensuring proper trade entry into the front office systems;
  • Reconciliation of economics and legal documentation;
  • Ensuring timely settlement of transactions;
  • Supervision of outsourced Trade Support activities;
  • Position Keeping : Provide correct and valued positions and cash to Front-Office;
  • Accounting : Provide oversight of service quality and accuracy of records of the (third party) fund accountants and trustee;
  • Ensuring NAV calculated by external provider is correct;
  • Events Management on Vehicles;
  • Coordinate and Control : Coupons payments : Calculation and control of the quarterly waterfalls payments,
  • Funds distribution level;
  • Capital calls;
  • Amortizations;
  • Client Reporting : provide accurate reporting to clients;
  • Day-to-day Support to Front Office;
  • Timely escalation of trade discrepancies to the counterparty, front office and/or legal, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution;
  • Ad hoc Global Credit / CDO “Collateralized Debt Obligation” / FCPE “le Fonds Common de Placement d’Entreprise”/ Social Impact / Private Equity-Private Bonds bond related tasks;
  • Data maintenance relating to syndicated and private loans instruments.

Your profile

  • University degree in finance or economics or equivalent by experience;
  • Good knowledge of English and one or more other languages (ideally French; and the national language(s) of the country where the role is based);
  • Knowledge of financial products and financial products transaction processing workflows;
  • Good knowledge of basic IT tools (MS Office XL, MS Outlook, …). Knowledge of VBA is a plus;
