Internal Sales

As a crucial link between administration and sales, you will play a vital role in keeping our business processes running smoothly within the UGS department. We are looking for an accurate and proactive professional who not only masters administrative tasks, but can also contribute to the success of our sales activities. Are you the punctual multitasker who completes our team?


  • You collaborate with other departments to address customer needs at lightning speed;
  • You actively track what customers are saying and record all transactions in our CRM system;
  • You not only prepare standard quotes, orders, orders, packing slips, invoices and credit notes, but also actively follow up on them for our customers;
  • You coordinate transport orders with our warehouse and external suppliers, keeping a keen eye on how this progresses until customer delivery;
  • You set up schedules, follow them up and ensure flawless execution of underground projects, in collaboration with our project managers, and stay involved in sales projects after implementation;
  • You approve purchase invoices from suppliers;
  • You order stock for our central and decentralized warehouses, while closely monitoring customer inventories;
  • You handle complaints proactively;
  • You actively participate in kick-off meetings and debriefings to follow up customer files when awarding tenders.

Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor or A2 degree in an administrative field or are equivalent through experience;
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a commercial inside sales department;
  • ERP knowledge is a must, and if you are familiar with Exact, that is definitely a plus.
  • You are not just a negotiator; your approach is smooth, customer-oriented and you have keen commercial insight;
  • Stress does not get the better of you, because you stand firm;
  • You work accurately and setting the right priorities is second nature to you;
  • In addition, you master the art of fluent oral and written communication in Dutch and French. English is a plus;
  • Your skills extend beyond language; You smoothly navigate common software packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook;


  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
