Administrative Assistant

Our client, active in the energy sector, is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant.
Your role is to provide end-to-end administrative support for the Supervision unit and to assist the Infrastructure Projects Management.


  • You will mainly assist the Supervision Officer (in charge of the Supervision unit) in his or her day-to-day tasks.
and are willing to work as part of a team;
  • You will carry out administrative tasks such as drawing up work orders, ordering PPE and monitoring the performance of site personnel (third parties);
  • You draw up reports for internal meetings and organize the agenda for these meetings;
  • You intensively monitor the Supervision schedule (absences, vacations and staff training agendas);
  • You organize and record staff training courses in collaboration with the departments concerned.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree (A1) in a technical-administrative field or equivalent experience;
  • You're easy to talk to, organized, proactive and flexible;
  • You are a good communicator and an active listener;
  • You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and have a good knowledge of the second national language;
  • You have a good command of MS Office and are willing to learn new software;
  • You like to solve problems and always work as far ahead as possible.
