Resource Planning assistant

Our client, leader in its sector, is actively looking for a Resource Planning Assistant. In line with the vision of the organization and working closely with his/her manager, he/she will do floor monitoring by managing queues in real time (incoming and outgoing) and follow up on contact center metrics.

Description

  • Tracking KPIs in real time (SLA, abandonment rate, rona, calls, etc.).
  • Tracking daily fluctuations for analysis and to help team managers adjust their call strategies.
  • Tracking agent attendance, compliance with schedules and any adjustments (teleoption).

Your profile

  • Holder of a bachelor's degree (with a commercial or technical focus) and/or equivalent experience in a contact center.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of French and Dutch (also written).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and affinity with specific software (CRM).
  • You are enthusiastic, customer oriented and a team player.
