As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers, promoting financial products and services, and guiding them to the solutions best suited to their needs.   • Whether in a branch or remotely, you will be responsible for initial customer contact;
  • You sell payment instruments, basic insurance and Beats-telco products proactively, and consumer credit reactively. You also identify investment opportunities;
  • You encourage customers to use the bank's direct channels (Internet Banking, app) and support them in doing so. You contact them at important moments in their lives;
  • You play a crucial role within the branch: when you detect important signals, you refer customers to your colleagues for specialist advice;
  • A typical working day is therefore very varied. With one constant: what you do contributes to increasing customer satisfaction.

Your profile

  • A strong personality with a learning mindset;
  • You have at least a bachelor's degree;
  • You know and use professional tools easily;
  • You have a strong dose of empathy and dare to help customers and equip them with our products and services;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch;
  • You are dynamic and committed.
