Head of HR

As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding the team, managing payroll processes, overseeing appraisals and compensation reviews, and coordinating recruitment efforts. With a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar position in an insurance or financial company, along with a strong knowledge of Luxembourg working legislation, you will be the ideal candidate.   • Providing supervision and guidance to the team, ensuring efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Validating the monthly payroll process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Managing the appraisal campaign and annual compensation review, collaborating with the remuneration committee.
  • Overseeing the training and development plans, ensuring that employees have access to relevant growth opportunities.
  • Coordinating recruitment efforts with our outsourced provider, including meeting candidates and managing talent management processes.
  • Providing strategic advice on the implementation of HR policies and guidelines when necessary to support the organization's goals.

Your profile

  • Minimum 15 years experience in a similar position in an insurance or financial company
  • You have knowledge about the Luxembourg working legislation, labor law, individual tax, remuneration and benefit systems, regulations, collective work agreement.
  • You speak fluently English and French
  • You had the opportunity to work with HR information system as MPLEO, RemProfile and MS Office
  • You are a team player and can also be autonomous
  • You are able to work independently and proactively.
