Business Support Officer

Our client, a dynamic, fast-growing company, is looking for a Business Support Officer to join its team. As Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for partner management, internal coordination and customer communication. You will work closely with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and ensure partner growth.

Description

Your responsibilities:
  • You are in contact with our partners, by e-mail and telephone, to help and inform them about our products and processes.
  • You are responsible for coordinating partner requests with other departments within the company;
  • You communicate and promote our product range, prices, incentives and promotions to our partners;
  • You support management and the external sales team by producing presentations and reports;
  • With your colleagues, you manage a portfolio of small partners with the aim of building loyalty and increasing production;
  • You are responsible for calculating and paying commissions to partners;
  • You are responsible for organizing training courses and examinations under the Consumer Credit Act.
  • Occasionally, you will also act as an examiner for our exams.

Your profile

In this dynamic and constantly evolving environment, we are looking for motivated individuals with the following skills :

  • ability to work independently
  • You have a bachelor's degree or at least two years' professional experience.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, have good telephone skills and are able to build strong relationships with our partners.
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet; Cognos is a plus.
