Administration Reporting Assistant

We are currently looking for a motivated and competent Administration Reporting Assistant to join our client, a company in the banking sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring the data entry process as part of a reporting project for the National Bank of Belgium. You will also be responsible for the preliminary collection and organization of data, the creation of reports in the NBB's external system, and monitoring the loading of these reports.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance/economics/accounting and at least 0 to 1 year's experience in the banking/financial sector. Excellent knowledge of French and English, and an intermediate knowledge of Italian are required. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Teams is essential, and knowledge of the Becris platform is an asset. Precision, rigor and maturity are also required, as well as good communication skills and team spirit.

Description

  • Development and monitoring of the various phases of the data entry process as part of a reporting project for the National Bank of Belgium concerning the communication of data relating to the bank's credits and credit risks;
  • Preliminary collection and organization of data to be entered into the NBB system; this preliminary phase is necessary in order to have all data sorted and grouped for reporting in the NBB system;
  • Creation of the declaration in the NBB's external system: access to the NBB's platform (BECRIS platform), creation of the declaration and encoding of the data collected and sorted during the preliminary phase;
  • Declaration loading and follow-up: analysis of validation reports produced and made available by the NBB on the BECRIS platform in order to identify any errors flagged by the system.

Your profile

  • Graduated in finance/economics/accounting ;
  • Min 0-1 year (in banking/finance);
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English, and intermediate knowledge of Italian;
  • Excellent command of Excel, Outlook and Teams. Knowledge of the Becris platform is an asset;
  • Precision, rigor, maturity;
  • Communication skills - ability to learn - positive & constructive attitude;
  • Sociable person, able to integrate into an already established team.
