Description

  • You are responsible for managing the Employee benefits portfolio
  • You are in direct contact with the client and you support the account manager in his or her commercial tasks.
  • You negotiate with insurers to arrive at an optimal solution that meets the customer's risks. Your in-depth dossier knowledge is an important asset here.

  • You have an initial strong experience within Employee Benefits
  • You are professional and reliable
  • You are a team player
  • You are communicative and customer-oriented
  • You are dynamic and have an eye for continuous improvement
  • You are structured and results-oriented
  • You are perfectly Dutch-speaking with a good knowledge of English and French
