HR Generalist- Payroll and Benefits Administrator
Our client is a specialist insurer, helping brokers to develop their business. Your role is to provide an excellent payroll service as well as benefits and general HR administration, in close contact with our employees and external HR suppliers. This position would suit a service-minded individual, able to work with great attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and a genuine interest in all HR related matters.
Description
- Provide all payroll elements monthly to the external payroll provider. Ensure accurate monthly output from payroll to finance;
- Administer employee benefits;
- Annual bonus calculations and producing of bonus payment letters;
- Absence management;
- Staff costs budget preparation;
- Coordinate and follow-up pre-employment screening;
- Produce and manage contracts of employment;
- Manage hire/termination documents & onboarding;
- Manage personnel files;
- Update working regulations, policies;
- Monthly reporting (FTE, absenteeism);
- Prepare ad hoc reporting documents;
- HR invoice administration;
- Manage Training overview;
- Performance rating administration and calculations;
- Support teambuilding activities, special recognitions;
- Support diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Your profile
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Excellent language skills: Dutch and English, French is a plus;
- Work location: Split between home and office(s) in home country;
- Flexibility due to occasional travel to other sites in the Benelux region;
- More than 2 years' experience in a similar HR function;
- Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of HR administration;
- Excellent prioritization skills;
- Experience of working with an external payroll service provider;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Experience of working independently;
- Keep abreast of the latest HR legislation;
- Proactive and willing to learn new things;
