Description
- Cash Transfers: You will be responsible for managing the process of transferring funds between different accounts and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and timely.
- Corporate Actions: You will handle corporate actions such as dividends, mergers, and stock splits, ensuring that these events are properly processed and communicated to relevant parties.
- Securities and Funds Transactions: You will manage the processing and settlement of securities and funds transactions, ensuring that all trades are executed correctly and in accordance with industry regulations.
- Transfer Free of Payment: You will oversee the transfer of securities between accounts without any exchange of funds, ensuring that all necessary documentation and procedures are followed.
- Private Equity: You will assist in managing private equity investments, including evaluating potential opportunities, conducting due diligence, and performing ongoing monitoring and reporting.
Your profile
• Strong educational background, including a university degree or an equivalent qualification.• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional communication skills. Knowledge of a second European language, such as French, is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a support role within the banking industry, with a focus on middle office activities.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, dynamism, and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion, even when guidance is not clear.
• Proven track record of working well in a team and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite and tax tools.
