For our client, a leader in the insurance sector, we are looking for a professional to fill the position of Home and Auto Claims Manager. As a Claims Manager, you will occupy a central position in incident management, playing an essential role in policyholder satisfaction.

Description

  • You examine home and auto claims with a personalized approach, understanding the unique needs of each customer.
  • You establish empathetic communication with policyholders, guiding them through the claims process in a clear and reassuring manner.
  • You introduce innovative methods of damage assessment, using the latest technologies to ensure accurate evaluation and efficient resolution.
  • You implement practices to maximize customer satisfaction throughout the claims settlement process.
  • You work closely with other departments, including legal, to resolve complex issues and ensure fair claims handling.

Your profile

  • You have proven experience in claims handling, with specific expertise in the fields of home damage and motor accidents.
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch, and have a good knowledge of the other language.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • You demonstrate an innovative spirit and an ability to integrate new technologies into the claims management process.
  • You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
