Team Leader Leasing

Our client, active in the leasing industry, is actively seeking a Team Leader B2B for their B2B Onboarding Professional department. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the animation, communication, coaching, organization, planning and follow-up of the tasks of the Decision team of the B2B Onboarding Professional department.

This department handles Leasing / Renting requests as well as loans for companies, self-employed and liberal professions, after analyzing financial data. The Decision team, as its name suggests, is responsible for granting leasing/renting offers and professional loans.


  • You set priorities for your team and communicate them clearly. You monitor their progress.
  • You set the individual objectives of the members of your department, as well as those of the group bonus, in consultation with your Manager.
  • You conduct regular mid-term evaluations to provide continuous feedback to your team members and give them the opportunity to improve in their current roles.
  • You have the calling to work as a team and inspire, encourage and support your employees to achieve the set objectives.
  • You organize monthly team meetings, and daily meetings at the beginning of the day (daily meeting), to get the working day going and discuss urgent and important issues, with active participation of the team.
  • You will guide your employees in building their careers and prioritize their product knowledge, team spirit, creativity, motivation, productivity and stress resistance.
  • You report directly to the Manager B2B Onboarding Professional regarding the evolution and operation of your department, and in particular the efficiency of the processing and follow-up of files.
  • You also collaborate with other group departments, including Sales, Risk, Accounting, Legal and Compliance, as well as external partners.
  • You attend training courses, including product-oriented training, and keep abreast of the latest developments in your field that can help optimize the service.
  • You actively participate in the various working groups and meetings within the company as well as meetings with our external partners.

Your profile

  • You are an excellent people manager with leadership skills, are organized, flexible, dynamic, independent, creative, thoughtful and have a stress-resistant nature. Coaching is one of your strong points.
  • You have an excellent level of Dutch and French, both oral and written. A good knowledge of English is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leasing, in credit decisions and/or product development, leasing taxation and commercial contacts is an asset.
  • You are customer and result oriented, initiating and have strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Knowing that your team works on a flexible schedule, we expect you to be flexible in service schedules.
