Management Assistant

Our client, active in the energy sector, is looking for a Management Assistant. In this role, you will support three people (Head of & Secretary General) in their daily tasks.


  • Assist Secretary General in daily work organization, filter emails, Board of Directors, General Assembly.
  • General secretariat executives (managing agenda, organizing meetings, events, booking travel, etc.)
  • Incoming mail: submit and then deliver to the different departments and/or take action yourself
  • Check inbox outlook and report urgent items or approach them proactively
  • Compiling files for meetings, conferences
  • Answering mail and telephone questions, including general telephone numbers
  • Drafting correspondence, typing documents
  • translate
  • Management "Infobox": answer mails if possible, if not forward to colleagues concerned
  • Manage current affairs, arrange meeting rooms in JC's absence
  • Efficient inter- and intranet searches
  • Classifying and archiving documents of various secretariats

Your profile

  • You have 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have a very good level in French and in Dutch.
  • Ms Office has no secret for you.
  • You work in a structured and efficient manner.


Our client offers you an open-ended contract in a dynamic atmosphere.
