Management Assistant

Our client an organization clearly committed to the energy transition with ambitious investment programs. As a financial holding/shareholder, they are looking for an administrative assistant to provide versatile administrative support for their activities. In this role, you will provide secretarial support to the Procurement & General Services department in their missions.

Description

You will act as secretary to the Procurement & General Services department, which involves
you are responsible for :
  • Managing the agenda of the department manager;
  • Organizing internal and external meetings;
  • Welcoming visitors;
  • organizing various activities within the department (e.g. teambuilding, etc.);
  • Recording and monitoring training courses for departmental staff, as well as
training courses organized by the department;
  • Organization of business trips and seminars;
  • Seminar registration;
  • You are, via e-mail and telephone, an essential point of contact for the departments.

Your profile

  • You are fluent in French and Dutch (both spoken and written) - knowledge of English is a plus;
  • You are able to make connections, to distinguish the essential from the secondary and to keep an overview;
  • You are autonomous, pragmatic and have a sense of initiative;
  • You have a high level of administrative precision and are punctual;
  • You have good writing skills;
  • You have good interpersonal skills;
  • You have a thorough knowledge of the MS Office environment (including Teams, SharePoint);
  • You are familiar with the institutional environment;
