Description

  • You are responsible for the administrative management of material claims files in the Fire branch.
  • Telephony is a big part of your day. You are in direct contact with brokers
  • You set your own agenda but have an eye for fixed appointments and deadlines
  • You handle your own files but work closely with colleagues
  • You discuss files and ask for input from team members and team leader

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor or master degree
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch
  • You can independently offer solutions and make decisions
  • You are stress resistant
  • You are administratively strong and you have the right communication skills to help the customer in the right way
