Multi-Skilled Administrative - KYC

Our client in the banking sector is looking for a Multi-Skilled Administrative - KYC. As part of your role, you will be required to contact customers directly. You will follow processes correctly and, if you suspect irregularities, you will inform your hierarchy and/or Compliance.
You will be able to analyze and handle cases independently, and propose alternative solutions.


You are responsible for :
  • the correct application of Know Your Customer (KYC) policies;
  • following up agency and customer requests until the file is finalized;
  • checking the validity of data received from internal and external sources;
  • advising on the basis of the information provided and carrying out various checks;
  • working with internal (e.g. front office, relationship managers, compliance) and external teams to manage KYC files;
  • entering KYC data into the relevant systems;
  • monitoring unusual risk deviations and reporting them to management.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent experience;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French;
  • You have strong communication skills;
  • You are diplomatic and customer-oriented;
  • You are able to work independently and set priorities;
  • You respect deadlines and processes;
  • You are a problem-solver;
  • You have good organizational skills;
  • You are a team player.
