• Use your expertise to find and identify the best candidates in the energy and infrastructure sectors;
• You contact potential candidates, assess their qualifications and conduct interviews to determine their suitability for an in-house position;
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional recruitment solutions;
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive analysis to ensure the company the company remains at the forefront of talent acquisition;
• Promote and embrace diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse talent pool;
• Create a positive candidate experience, from application through to integration, reinforcing commitment to the company.

Your profile

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in the search and recruitment of technical profiles. and recruitment of technical profiles;
• Solid knowledge of candidate research;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Good command of Dutch with a good level of French;
• You are results-oriented and committed to delivering quality talent.
