We are currently looking for a Property Claims Manager for our client, a well-known insurance company.
As Property Claims Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of Property files, from opening to closing. You will work in collaboration with Claims Advisors on complex files. You will also have the opportunity to take part in appraisal meetings and travel to insurers or customers as required.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in insurance, economics or law, and at least 4 years' experience in claims management. You must be fluent in French and Dutch, with a good knowledge of English. As a customer-focused insurer, you should also have excellent interpersonal skills.

Description
- You will be responsible for the complete management of Property files, from opening to closing;
- You will also be administratively responsible for the files and their smooth running;
- You will manage both international (AGCN) and national files;
- You will work in close collaboration with the Claims Advisors, who are responsible for monitoring expert appraisals and negotiating complex or problematic cases;
- You may be required to travel to insurers' or customers' premises and take part in appraisal meetings as required.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in insurance, economics or law.
- You can demonstrate a minimum of 4 years' convincing and relevant initial experience in claims management
- You are fluent in French and Dutch, and have a good knowledge of English
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are customer-oriented.
