Description
- Ensure complete and correct administrative processing of customer files.
- Act as the central point of contact for customers, responding to their needs and resolving their problems.
- Take initiatives to ensure optimal customer service.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to provide information and solutions to customers.
- Maintain clear and fluid communication with customers, using appropriate channels (telephone, email, etc.).
- Handle customer complaints and claims professionally and efficiently.

Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in finance and insurance, with at least 3 years' relevant experience (mandatory for this position).
- You have excellent oral and written skills in French and English.
- You have a strong customer orientation and a precise, methodical approach to your work. You are also known for your ease of communication and stress resistance.
- You are a team player, able to collaborate effectively with your colleagues.
- Previous experience with BRIO software will be considered a major asset and will be greatly appreciated.
