Account Manager Team Banking & Insurance

Description

• As an Account Manager, your main objective is prospecting: you identify new customers and schedule appointments to present Axis Group's various services to them.
• In addition to acquiring new clients, you will also be responsible for reactivating inactive clients;
• You will manage your client portfolio from A to Z: initial telephone contact, presentation meeting, drafting and signing of commercial terms and conditions, job intake, etc.;
• You will support Career Advisors in the commercial process related to recruitment;
• You will actively participate in networking events, job fairs, and sponsored events.
• You will work for a specific business unit within Axis Group, while also being part of the cross-functional sales team.
• Your client portfolio will mainly consist of companies in the banking and insurance sectors, and your contacts will be human resources professionals.

Your profile

• You are an expert in sales and cold calling, preferably in a B2B environment;
• Results-oriented: highly motivated to achieve and exceed your goals, with a positive and persistent attitude;
• Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate effectively with customers and build lasting relationships with them. To excel in your role, you must have an excellent command of Dutch and French and/or English.
• Proactive and innovative: you take initiative and are able to propose creative solutions to challenges in the job market.
• Team player: you are willing to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

• Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
