Description
- Be the first point of contact for B2B and B2C customers, providing support and handling complex questions and complaints concerning the insurances for household appliances.
- Record all necessary information accurately during customer interactions.
- Develop credit proposals, follow up on claims and collection files, and propose exchange solutions.

Your profile

- Experience in a similar role within claims (insurance) management is preferred.
- Fluency in Dutch and French is required, with English being a plus.
