  • Be the first point of contact for B2B and B2C customers, providing support and handling complex questions and complaints concerning the insurances for household appliances.
  • Record all necessary information accurately during customer interactions.

Your profile

  • Experience in a similar role within claims (insurance) management is preferred.
  • Fluency in Dutch and French is required, with English being a plus.
