HR Consultant

Join our client as an HR Consultant and play a key role in designing and delivering HR solutions. As part of our client's team, you will collaborate closely with clients' HR and Management counterparts to identify and understand their people and organizational challenges. You will have the opportunity to propose and deliver tailored analysis, recommendations, and reports, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Description

• Design and provide HR solutions in the areas of Talent & Performance Management, HR processes & policies, HR operations, outsourcing, HRIS implementation, Compensation & Benefits, Employment regulation, HR Audit, and Learning & Development.
• Collaborate closely with clients' HR and/or Management counterparts to identify and understand their people and organizational challenges.
• Propose and deliver analysis, recommendations, reports, presentations, and project outputs tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
• Monitor project progress and risks, ensuring key stakeholders are informed of developments and expected outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by consistently delivering high-quality work within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Stay updated on current developments and trends in the field of Human Resources.
• Contribute to establishing market eminence at a national level and within the international network in your areas of expertise.

Your profile

• Holding a Master's degree in HR or comparable studies.
• Having at least 5 years of successful experience as a generalist HR consultant.
• Being eager to work on various assignments in the field of HR advisory, ensuring every day is different.
• Enjoying learning by doing and showing a willingness to acquire new competencies.
• Possessing a proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine team spirit to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Demonstrating strong analytical skills along with the ability to work methodically and rigorously.
• Being autonomous and organized, with flexibility and adaptability.
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel capabilities, ideally complemented with operational knowledge of an HRIS.
• Fluent in English and French, with German language skills being an advantage.
