Description
- For the first few months you will immerse yourself in the world of insurance. Together with a close group of fellow starters you will receive theoretical training and practical guidance.
- Once 'up and running' you guide our customers in their insurance needs
- From your empathic and commercial attitude you get the freedom to open up conversations as much as possible and propose appropriate (insurance) solutions.
- As a team player you have the drive to achieve the objectives for the office through your focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- You will continuously develop yourself to become a 'super consultant' with the help of your Field Manager.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor or master degree
- You are a good communicator and especially a good listener
- You are often told that you are empathetic (and not only by mothers)
- You have an added advantage through experience in the insurance sector or with customer contacts
- A degree in legal practice, law, real estate, finance and insurance is also a plus for you.
