Client Advisor

Our client in the banking and insurance sector is looking for its next customer advisor for its Charleroi branch. Your responsibilities will include advising, listening to and helping customers with their projects.
If you have a dynamic, inquisitive personality, have at least a bachelor's degree and aren't afraid to take initiative, this could be the job for you!

  • As an advisor, you'll be your customers' point of contact, helping them to move forward;
  • You'll provide one-to-one conversations and personalized follow-up;
  • You'll be able to offer your customers the best possible service;
  • Your advice will help customers bring their projects to fruition.

Your profile

  • You have at least a bachelor's or master's degree;
  • Dynamic and rather curious: you make every effort to develop your skills;
  • Sociable: your sense of service and communication skills contribute to an optimal customer experience;
  • Proactive and efficient: you take initiatives in consultation with your branch manager to ensure the commercial success of your outlet;
  • Organized: you manage the tasks assigned to you independently;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French.
