  • You are the expert and seller of products (BOAR) for customers in your portfolio and you make maximum use of digital channels
  • You are the broker of insurance products and you actively follow up on claims, focusing on service quality and customer satisfaction
  • You are a partner of the relationship manager - together you decide on the approach to the customer

  • You ideally have initial experience in the insurance industry so you can quickly get up to speed
  • You are a team player
  • You have a dynamic personality
  • You are commercially minded and not afraid of targets
