We are looking for a Dutch speaking bachelor who has no problem to express himself in French, with or without first relevant experience with a healthy dose of assertiveness. Description
- You will manage dispute files and maintain various contacts within these files for follow-up. You will therefore have contacts with lawyers, trustees, bailiffs, clients, etc;
- You ensure that the data of your customer files are always up to date in order to guarantee a smooth operation;
- You contact customers who have an overdue payment on their vehicle. This can be done through various channels such as by phone, by Whatsapp, by text message, by email;
- You collect the necessary data and ask the right questions in order to get an accurate picture of the customer's situation and assess the credit risk;
- You enter into dialogue with the customer in order to reach a constructive solution and be able to clear the overdue payment;
- You also prepare files that will eventually be passed on to a collection agency for further processing;
Your profile
- You are an enthusiastic and driven bachelor looking for a first (or second) work experience;
- You are a fluent and diplomatic interlocutor;
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and you also dare to express yourself in French;
- You enjoy telephone contacts and are familiar with social media (Facebook, WhatsApp,...);
- You are healthily assertive and administratively accurate;
- You have a constructively critical attitude and are solution-oriented;
- You have a positive attitude, with your enthusiasm and humor you get and give energy.
