Legal advisor
Our client, active in the notary sector, is looking for a new legal advisor. He/she will join the team responsible for the legal aspects of IT products and services. He/she will define potential legal issues for the notary's office and work closely with the IT department.

Description
- The Legal Advisor will strengthen the team responsible for the legal aspects of IT products and services (applications, databases, etc.) within SU Legal ;
- He/she will assist the manager in the preparation, development, production and adaptation of IT products and services in terms of legal aspects and notarial practice;
- The Legal Advisor will be responsible for defining and describing potential legal and/or practical problems for the notary's office, and for translating legal knowledge, information and experience into processes and documents that can be used in the analysis;
- You will establish links between the various files with a view to improving coherence at the different levels of strategy;
- You will be responsible for preparing, distributing and filing minutes and working notes;
- You will consult regularly with the project manager(s) in our IT services unit, and possibly with external partners and public institutions;
- You will be responsible for the proper follow-up of files;
- You will organize administrative coordination in order to document and synthesize the various legal projects in progress, from the point of view of notarial practice;
- You will manage the formatting, distribution and archiving of all information (correspondence, reports, summary notes, legal files, etc.).
Your profile
- You have 3 years' higher education in law;
- At least 2 years' experience in a notary's office;
- You are interested in IT and IT law;
- You have an interest/experience in the real estate sector;
- You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch;
- You are a communicative person, work well in a team and have a flexible, results-oriented attitude.
