Description
- The life insurance product expert specializes in the management of one or more product groups in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th pillars of life insurance. This means that you are responsible for drafting contracts and managing files within your product group, from start to finish;
- As such, you will be responsible for: drawing up complex offers, underwriting contracts and drafting endorsements, updating products within your product range, establishing and following up claims within your product range, working closely with advisors who visit customers, cross-selling additional insurance products to existing members in collaboration with internal and external sales teams, etc. ;
- As a product expert, you will work closely with the product manager, your expertise contributing to the development, realization and promotion of our customer's life and retirement strategy, with a strong focus on the products assigned to you ;
- As an expert, you are the first point of contact for all questions and solutions related to your field;
- You are part of a small team responsible for all customers with questions about their policies, premiums, benefits and related administrative management;
- You will manage new and existing insurance policies on a daily basis;
- You are also invited to contribute to the optimization of the team and to share ideas and knowledge with each other.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in insurance;
- You have about ten years' experience in an insurance company in the Life segment;
- You have knowledge of life insurance;
- You are fluent in French and Dutch, both orally and in writing;
- You are customer-oriented, accurate, a good communicator, you have a critical and analytical mind, you have integrity, you follow procedures and rules and you are a team player.
