Front Office Employee

Our customer, an internationally active insurance company, is looking for a front office clerk. This position is part of the Customer Services department and reports directly to the Head of Customer Services. The Customer Services department is headed by ARAG's COO and comprises 16 members


  • You will carry out a wide range of administrative support tasks, mainly for the Customer Services department, but also for the Claims Management, Finance and other departments.
  • You will be in charge of telephone communication within our company, and will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing information in response to their requests.

Your profile

  • You have an excellent knowledge of French/Dutch, knowledge of English is an asset.
  • You have experience as a telephone operator/receptionist. Experience in the insurance sector is an asset.
  • You are familiar with the use of a PC and MS Office.
  • You are service-oriented, commercial, precise and discreet.
  • You are a problem-solver and solution-oriented.
  • You are a team player.
  • You can work quickly and accurately.
