Description
We are currently seeking a Broker Leader for our client's Financial Lines & Cyber department. In this role, you will be responsible for administering clients' insurance requirements by providing broking and processing support to the local sales team. Your main goal will be to achieve targets, develop the business, and deliver excellent and comprehensive service.- Support the sales team;
- Deal with incoming questions from clients, insurers, and third parties;
- Handle client renewals and mid-term adjustments;
- Negotiate with insurers & clients to provide the best balance of quality, service, and price;
- Negotiate the best possible policy wordings for our clients with relevant insurers;
- Build and maintain an excellent relationship with London Markets;
- Assist in the creation of comprehensive client broking and other types of documents;

Your profile
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- You possess a Bachelor or University degree (or equivalent experience).
- You have preferably more than 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a keen attention to detail and can produce accurate documentation.
- You work effectively within a team and collaborate well.
- You are able to prioritize and organize your work efficiently.
- You are proficient in IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- You can establish strong client-focused relationships and provide high-quality service.
- You are a skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- You have a positive and resilient attitude, and can handle pressure and adapt to change.
- You are willing to contribute to the start-up of a new entrepreneurial corporate broker in a competitive environment.
- You have previous experience in a senior technical/broker role, preferably in Casualty and Financial Lines Insurances.
- You have a basic understanding of FSMA regulations related to insurance intermediaries.
