Description
As communications manager:- You draw up communication plans based on Go-To-Market briefings to achieve the objectives set in terms of sales and brand awareness;
- Working with your team/squad, you are responsible for implementing the plan from start to finish:
- i.e. internal and external communication (direct mailings, intranet publications, pages for our public website, newsletters, events, videos, posters, flyers, etc.) ;
- brief copywriters, design teams, external partners, etc. ;
- review communication materials.
- You manage your projects in line with the company's overall communications strategy and branding guidelines, and ensure that all communications are harmonized with your target group's customers.
Your profile
- You are passionate about communication (earned and paid media) and preferably have a degree and/or experience in this field.
- You are a motivated, structured and organized project manager;
- You are able to maintain a global view of your projects while ensuring the quality of details;
- You have the ability to work to tight deadlines, shift priorities and balance short-term imperatives with long-term strategic objectives;
- You have the ability to demonstrate leadership, to convince and to work transversally within the organization;
- You are a team player, but also able to work independently;
- You are results-oriented, taking into account deadlines and budgets;
- You are able to analyze and synthesize subjects and files (often complex or sensitive) quickly and correctly, and to propose a concrete communication strategy;
- You are creative, yet realistic and pragmatic;
- You put customers at the heart of your projects;
- You are fluent in Dutch and French.
