Our client is looking for a fluent and enthusiastic candidate who is willing to answer customers' questions. You will be working in the banking sector in the heart of Antwerp. Can you communicate well and do you enjoy helping others? Then apply quickly!
Description
- You will be responsible for first line contacts with clients, offices and third parties
- You will inform the client/office holder correctly and ensure quality service
- You will answer all incoming messages and contact other departments as needed
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's level of thinking
- You are communicatively strong
- You are stress resistant
- You work result-oriented
- You like to make phone calls and you enjoy helping every customer
Offer
- You work 3h on Saturdays giving you 1 day off per week (of course you are also free on Sundays)
- You start with an interim contract of 6 months but never say never for a permanent contract of indefinite duration
