Description
In-house legal support:- Advises staff in other departments on the strategy to be followed in a case, the development of an argument and for decision-making, answers technical questions, passes on information on procedures, legal information, ...
- Acts as a legal reference for colleagues in cases where extensive legal knowledge is required.
- Participates in updating legal information using IT tools (Strada lex, SharePoint, etc.).
- Participates in drafting servicing contracts
- Participates in updating model credit agreements and other deed clauses
- Review contracts with suppliers/subcontractors
- Assists legal counsel and management in keeping corporate documents (Board of Directors, General Meeting, Delegation, etc.).
- Ensures the updating / compliance of procedure notes relating to the missions of the compliance/ legal/ risk department.
- Follows up incidents (with servicing customers).
Your profile
- You have a background in economic law (credit) - judicial law - ideally with a specialization in notarial law / banking law.
- A first experience as a bailiff - notary - credit institution is a plus
- You have excellent language skills in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English.
